Payment & Fees
Fees for our services are as described in the SOW and payable in accordance with the payment terms specified therein. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of service.
Intellectual Property
All materials created by Questfreelancers for the client under this Agreement (once fees are paid) become the client’s property unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio, unless agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
While we endeavour to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top. It’s your responsibility to review the terms.
